Prayers and Positive Thoughts

Making awareness bracelets and donating 20% to organizations that research cures or provide support seemed to me to be a worthwhile endeavor - and it is.  BUT... as is so often the case, in trying to provide a service/product for others, I find that I am the one on the receiving end.

What I've found is that each bracelet has a story.  Each bracelet touches someone's life - and that life touches mine.  The stories are sometimes heartbreaking; sometimes victorious, but each one becomes part of my life.

I thought about making a list on paper of people that I wanted to remember; people who could use positive thoughts and/or prayer.  Instead, I decided to put the list here so that others might also send their loving, positive thoughts and prayers for the people who are represented by some of the bracelets.

Remembering with Love

I created this page to honor the memory of those we love who have passed.

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal
Love leaves a memory no one can steal."

Every month we donate 20% of all Awareness jewelry sales to one of the charities represented by the bracelets. Usually the donation goes to the charity with the most sales for the month, but sometimes there's a story that is so compelling that we choose that charity for our donation. At the moment, the donations are not large, but we hope that they will be instrumental in finding cures and providing support for the people represented here (and those we don't even know). We'll track our donations on this page each month. Thank you for helping us help others.
